Built in 1968, the building was constructed without the modern codes and laws we use today. Some of these factors include the first-floor apartments only being accessible by stairs and all the terraces having a step to enter them. Overall, the building has fallen short of our codes and desperately needs renovation.

Universal design and ADA accessibility should be seamlessly integrated into architecture, ensuring inclusivity, equity, and ease of use for all. This project highlights the role of sustainable materials and innovative design in creating future-proof spaces while addressing energy efficiency and community growth.

The software tools utilized throughout this project include Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
